Apa yang akan kita lakukan? Apakah anda ingin menang. Dalam waktu dua jam, kalau anda pakai indera. Jangan hanya dengan 2 indera.

Ada 8 kunci sukses.

1. Ku tahu yang ku mau
Tahu saja tidak cukup yang pentingkan Ku Putuskan Yang ku Mau. Hari ini putuskan. Ini adalah hasil belajar sepuluh tahun di Pru. Kepala anda harusnya lebih besar dari yang ada sekarang. Kepala anda ada dua pikiran. Ada pikiran sadar. Bahasanya gambar. Kita harus taruh impian anda di dalam alam bawah sadar yang namanya perasaan. Kalau sampaoi hari ini belum sukses mungkin ada orang memasukkan hal salah tentang diri anda. Hari ini kita memasukkan hal yang bagus tentang diri anda. Kita harus sinkron mimpi anda dengan perasaan anda. Kita masukkan perasaan kita pada dream anda. Apapun yang anda mau anda harus masukkan diri anda. Orang gagal adalah mereka yang tidak menyinkronkan antara dream dan perasaan. Hasilnya akan datang. Bagaimana alam bawah sadar itu berkomunikasi. Duduklah dengan punggung anda menempel ke kursi

2. Tuliskan apa yang anda inginkan
Semakin banyak indera yg anda pakai anda semakin cepat impian anda terwujud.

Tidak ada orang yang beranca untuk gagal dan orang gagal membuat rencana.

The important of colors.  Men do not use so much accessories.
Perhatikan kombinasi pakaian anda. Jangan pakai kaos kaki bolong.

Kesegaran tubuh perlu diperhatikan.

Jangan banyak mengeluh dan bersemangat tinggi.

Never take no as an answer. Always affirmation. Before sleep always ask yourself 2 question, what is the best I do today and what is mistake I do today.

Facial expression. Always show your smile.

Star club. Siapa yang mau starstar club? Berasal dari Menchester United. Sudah 29 tahun pengalaman. Dulu musuhnya Prudential. Tinggal di KL, punya 2.500 client saround the world. Persistancy 100 percent
Star club made easy. If I was to say to you..  If I challenge you to climb mount Everest or mount Merapi. Which mount to do you prefer to climb? Most of you prefer to climb mount Merapi. Why is that? Because it is easier for you.

Reality check. Where are you now?
How many cases can you write in one month? If you believe you can do, you can make it. How is a man can close 375 cases per month? Your belief is the key.

Star club 408. If you believe you can, you can.  Belief is vital to your success. Do you believe in your self? Some day you feel cool, some day you want to kill your client.

Attitude changes everything. How do you feel about yourself.

As soon as possible. Is not enough. ASAP. Activities Solve All Problem.

Activity
Minimum must do:
20 telephone calls/day
5 sales interview/day
3 sales presentation/day
2 closing/week

JUST DO IT state of MIND. The most important is to fulfill your commitment to yourself. Fix appointment for the whole next week. If you have 15 appointment next week. The key to success is the appointment fixed earlier. To have to make it no choice for your self this year. Not bargain with yourself. If you bargain success would delay. Most mistake of agent is making big goals at earlier but delay it. Dont ever argue with yourself. Just do it.

Is it really difficult to be success in life insurance. The trust that it is not really easy but it is possible. I see many agents are fail and many agents are successful. There  must be some formula that used but successful agent.

What are the aspect in success life insurance agent. What bring me today? I bring you lessons and experience. I was agent since 30 years ago. Now Christina becomes a coach of life insurance.

What are challenge as speaker? What can I share the best for audiences. Your role is what is important for you.

It is attitude that determine your success. You choose which attitude that you choose. Your attitude can be influenced by other people. Do you want to be optimistic or pessimistic. Be careful with who do you stay around. People are more happy that are more optimistic. The quality of your life determines your business. Are you a sales person or business owner. A sales person makes a sales. A business owner live business. A sales spend time, a business owner he invests time.
