ADS 2012, Christina Khoo

Is it really difficult to be success in life insurance. The trust that it is not really easy but it is possible. I see many agents are fail and many agents are successful. There  must be some formula that used but successful agent.

What are the aspect in success life insurance agent. What bring me today? I bring you lessons and experience. I was agent since 30 years ago. Now Christina becomes a coach of life insurance.

What are challenge as speaker? What can I share the best for audiences. Your role is what is important for you.

It is attitude that determine your success. You choose which attitude that you choose. Your attitude can be influenced by other people. Do you want to be optimistic or pessimistic. Be careful with who do you stay around. People are more happy that are more optimistic. The quality of your life determines your business. Are you a sales person or business owner. A sales person makes a sales. A business owner live business. A sales spend time, a business owner he invests time.

Do you have a short time or long term business owner. Short term is unwilling to invest the time and willing to learn. When you are sitting with that potential. The sales that make today is not so important than the sales in the future.

Have a vision of your business. You are a director of your business. Need a sales team, a marketing division, service department, finance department. As agent you need how profitable your business is. A business owner looks at profitability. 

A choose you make at every moment.
Starting each day with a positive attitude. Definite work plan. Exiting work plan. Exiting sales appointment. It is about activities.

Attitude towards challenges
It is the nature of our business to meet stranger and convince them to buy. This is a changing business.

50 percent chance of being rejected? A new strategy re framing.  

When someone says I don't buy from you. How do you respond . How can I do this better next time?

This business is not for the one short mind. This is a business for the one who want to prove his potential.

You cannot always control circumstances. But you can control yourself.

With the mind of a man can conceive and believe, the mind of a man can achieve. Napoleon Hill. 

Belief in life insurance
There is a phrase " a miracle in life insurance that this business is miracle of paper and ink" What really the client needs. If the client refuses, at least you have done your job. One day the client would call you. Look at yourself. What if some thing happened to yourself yesterday, what is the financial situation to your family?

Good working knowledge.
Presenting features as benefits.

Belief in yourself
Self confidence
Sharpening the saw. How many of you have sharp the saw. This is a business that needs an evolving. You needs constantly to sharpen yourself

Concentrate all your thoughts on the great desire in your life. This concentration must be continues

How much time that you spend to your business? This business is about activities.

How much effort do you invest

How often do you inspect you business

Importance of building relationship. Persistence. Referral is very good in making new business
